Guarantee

In the event that a
customer is not satisfied with our service, Powers Investigations will
refund the cost of services directly performed by Powers
Investigations.
Service expenses that apply to this
guarantee:

In-house services performed directly by Powers
Investigations and staff which include administrative expenses, hourly
rates for services, phone usage, and postage.
Service expenses
exempt from this guarantee:
-
Third party reports pulled from fee-based
information sources where Powers Investigations has paid a fee to
acquire such information.

Third party private investigative agencies who
have assisted Powers Investigations in an investigation.
Product and information produced by
Powers Investigations as the result of an investigation or service:

All product and information produced as the
result of an investigation will not be provided to a client who has not
paid for such service or product as implied or agreed. Such
product or service will be retained by Powers Investigations until
payment is made by the customer. In the event that the customer
has obtained such information or product during the course of an
investigation and fails to make payment for such information, the
product or information cannot be used by that client or a third party as
part of a personal, civil, or criminal cause.
Dissatisfaction of a service or the
result a service must be provided by the customer in a timely manner:

Notification of dissatisfaction of a service
must be made during the course of the investigation in writing or in
person to Powers Investigations.

Powers Investigations must be provided the
opportunity to rectify the situation before any refund is given.
Refunds:
-
Refund to the customer will be provided within
30 days of notification of dissatisfaction by the customer. Method
of refund can be made by check, credit card, or any other method
preferred by the customer.
